Du wirst für die Verwaltung und Analyse finanzieller Transaktionen verantwortlich sein, um unser Unternehmen in der Finanzstrategie und -planung zu unterstützen. Remote-Arbeit ist möglich, solange ein Tag pro Woche in unserem Büro in Stuttgart drin ist.

Durchführung und Überwachung aller buchhalterischen Vorgänge
Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Mitarbeit bei der Budgetplanung und -kontrolle
Durchführung des Zahlungsverkehrs
Kontenabstimmung und -klärung
Umsatzsteuervoranmeldung
Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Themen
Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern und Steuerberatern

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Aus- bzw. Weiterbildung z. B. Steuerfachangestellter, Bilanzbuchhalter, oder vergleichbares betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Erfahrung mit der Buchhaltungssoftware Datev
Sorgfältige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Your mission

Do you have a passion for numbers and financial details? Would you like to be part of an innovative IT company and work in a team focused on financial aspects? Then the role of Financial Accountant at Conceptboard could be the challenge you're looking for! You will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial transactions to support our company in financial strategy and planning. Remote work is possible, as long as one day per week is spent in our office in Stuttgart.

Performing and overseeing all accounting processes
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Assisting in budget planning and control
Handling payment transactions
Account reconciliation and clarification
VAT returns
Supporting tax-related matters
Collaborating with auditors and tax consultants

Your profile

Completed commercial training or further education, e.g. Tax Clerk, Certified Accountant, or a comparable business administration degree
Several years of professional experience in accounting
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with the accounting software Datev
Careful, structured working style
Reliability and discretion
Very good German and good English language skills
