Wir suchen Verstärkung für unser Plattform-Team. Das Team ist für eine breite Palette an Diensten für unsere Entwickler und andere Teams verantwortlich:

Aufbau und Betrieb von Kubernetes Clustern
Aufbau und Betrieb interner Systeme
Entwicklung und Betrieb von (Ops) Werkzeugen
Unterstützung der Entwicklungsteams bei vielfältigen Analysen und Herausforderungen des Betriebs unserer Applikation
Unterstützung externer Kunden bei der Implementierung unserer Applikation

Dein Profil

Du hast mindestens 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als Cloud-/DevOps-Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, analytisches Denkvermögen, Lernbereitschaft und lieferst pragmatische, saubere Lösungen
Du weißt, wie man SaaS-Plattformen betreibt und skaliert, wobei du Leistung, Hochverfügbarkeit, Datensicherheit, Kosteneffizienz und Zuverlässigkeit sicherstellst
Du bringst Erfahrung in der Architektur und dem Design komplexer Cloud-native-Systeme mit und kannst Best Practices und Standards teamübergreifend definieren
Du hast Erfahrung mit Cloud-nativen Technologien wie Kubernetes (EKS, selbstverwaltete Cluster, Netzwerke, Sicherheit, Skalierung), Terraform (Infrastructure as Code, modulare & Multi-Cloud-Strategien), Docker & Helm (Containerisierung und Anwendungsbereitstellung)
Du bringst Kenntnisse in Automatisierung, Observability und Delivery-Tools mit: Scripting (bevorzugt Ruby, aber auch Python/Bash), Go, Applikations-Monitoring & Logging (Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, Metriken, Alerting), CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, Automatisierung) sowie Netzwerktechnologien (VPCs, Routing, Load Balancer, DNS)

Your mission

We are looking for reinforcement for our Platform team. The team is responsible for a wide range of services for our developers and other teams:

Building and operating Kubernetes clusters
Building and operating internal systems
Development and operation of (Ops) tools
Supporting the development teams in various analyses and challenges of the operation of our application
Supporting external clients in implementing our application

Your profile

You have at least 5+ years of experience as a Cloud/DevOps Engineer or in a comparable role
You demonstrate strong communication, analytical problem-solving, willingness to learn, and deliver pragmatic, clean solutions
You know how to operate and scale SaaS platforms, ensuring performance, high availability, data security, cost efficiency, and reliability
You bring experience in the architecture and design of complex cloud-native systems, with the ability to define best practices and standards across teams
You have a background in cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes (EKS, self-managed clusters, networking, security, scaling), Terraform (Infrastructure as Code, modular & multi-cloud strategies), Docker & Helm (containerization and application deployment)
You have a background in automation, observability, and delivery tools: scripting (Ruby preferred, Python/Bash), Go, application monitoring & logging (Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, metrics, alerting), CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, automation), and networking (VPCs, routing, load balancers, DNS)
