This role is clearly positioned close to Sales and acts as a key interface between Sales, Finance, and Management, ensuring predictable revenue and scalable sales operations.
Key Focus Areas
Sales Operations & Commercial Enablement
- Own and optimize sales-facing processes across the lead-to-cash funnel
- Manage and develop the sales tools stack (CRM, quoting, contracts, billing)
- Support sales teams with pricing logic, deal structures, and commercial guidance
- Build, maintain, and challenge sales forecasts, pipeline reviews, and revenue projections
- Partner closely with sales leadership on quota setting and performance management
- Analyze revenue, pipeline, and win/loss data
- Own tracking and reporting of core B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, expansion, renewals)
- Prepare management-ready reports and decision frameworks
- Identify levers to improve revenue predictability and efficiency
- Support and coordinate billing processes (subscriptions, licenses, renewals, upgrades)
- Ensure clean commercial execution (pricing, contracts, invoicing logic)
- Align closely with Finance on revenue recognition and forecast accuracy
