Your mission
Focus: Website Performance, Conversion & SEO
You work hands-on, take full ownership of your domain, and collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Solution Marketing, and external partners to scale website performance.
About the Role
In this role, you own our bi-lingual website as the central conversion hub and drive measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. You combine SEO, UX, and conversion optimization to continuously improve how traffic turns into qualified leads.You work hands-on, take full ownership of your domain, and collaborate closely with Growth Marketing, Solution Marketing, and external partners to scale website performance.

- Drive measurable pipeline growth through website performance
- Own MQL generation and conversion optimization across all website touchpoints
- Improve traffic-to-lead and lead-to-pipeline conversion rates
- Ensure scalable and high-performing website experiences
Your Responsibilities
Website & Conversion Ownership
- Own the performance of our website as a central conversion hub
- Optimize user journeys, landing pages, and conversion paths
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and continuous improvements
- Collaborate with Growth and Solution Marketing to align messaging and campaigns
SEO & Traffic Growth
- Develop and execute a holistic SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical)
- Conduct keyword research, content gap analysis, and define SEO roadmaps
- Optimize content structure, internal linking, and metadata
- Drive backlink strategies and digital PR initiatives
Website Operations & CMS
- Own and manage our CMS
- Implement and optimize landing pages for campaigns and lead generation
- Ensure technical performance (Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, crawlability)
- Collaborate with external developers and agencies on technical improvements
- Manage an external budget for website development and optimization
UX & Performance Optimization
- Analyze user behavior and identify UX improvement opportunities
- Optimize customer journeys across the funnel
- Ensure consistent, scalable, and high-performing website experiences
Emerging Topics
- Explore and improve visibility in generative search environments (GEO)
Your profile
What You Bring
Experience & Skills
- 3–6 years of experience in online marketing with a focus on website performance and SEO
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels (SEO, landing pages, content gates)
- Proven track record in improving traffic, conversions, and lead generation
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console)
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Matomo, Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
- Solid CMS experience
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Solid understanding of technical SEO and website performance
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and derive actions
Working Style
- Hands-on and execution-driven (approx. 70% execution, 30% strategy)
- Comfortable working independently with a high level of ownership
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset

- You own your domain end-to-end (campaigns, channels, website areas)
- You work closely with:
- Growth Marketing Manager
- Solution Marketing Manager
- You collaborate with external partners (developers, agencies, freelancers)
- Content and design are provided – you focus on performance and orchestration
- No dedicated in-house developers – you drive implementation via partners
Success Metrics
You will be measured by your impact on:
- Website-driven pipeline and ARR
- MQL generation and conversion rates
- Traffic-to-lead and lead-to-pipeline performance
- Overall website performance and scalability
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRO frameworks and experimentation setups
- Basic design or image editing skills (e.g. working with templates)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or similar environments
