Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die Verantwortung und Leitung der kaufmännischen Funktionen - Accounting, Controlling, Steuern, Finanzierung)
Du bist Sparringspartner für das Management in allen strategischen Fragestellungen
die Überführung der „Start-Up" Strukturen in eine stabile, produktive und belastbare „Finance Organisation" und die kontinuierliche Anpassung der Prozesse an das Unternehmens gehören zu deinen ersten Herausforderungen
Entwicklung des Controllings zu einem proaktiven Führungsinstrument um Umsatz- und Ergebnispotentiale zu erschließen und das Unternehmen kennzahlenbasiert zu steuern
Verantwortung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Management- und Investoren-Reportings
Liquiditätsmanagement und Erschließung neuer Finanzierungsquellen sowie Koordination von Finanzierungsrunden

Dein Profil

Du bist ein Finanzprofi mit einen „track record" in stark wachsenden und schnellen Geschäftsmodellen mit mind. 5-10 Jahren relevanter Berufserfahrung (davon mind. 3-5 Jahre in der Führung des kaufmännischen Bereichs)
Fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung, idealerweise die ersten Berufsjahre in einer WP-Gesellschaft verbracht
Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit digitalen und subskriptionsbasierten Geschäftsmodellen
Du besitzt einen soliden backgroundBackground in den wesentlichen Finanzdisziplinen: Accounting, Controlling, Cashflow Management, Steuern, Finanzierung, Reporting
Erfahrung im Aufbau von neue Strukturen und Prozessen und dem „skalierbar machen" des Finanzbereichs
Umsetzungsstarke Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher sozialer Kompetenz und der Fähigkeit Teams aufzubauen, zu entwickeln und im Hinblick auf ambitionierte Ziele zu motivieren
Stark ausgeprägte pragmatische "Hands-on" Mentalität
Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse
Sehr gute englische und deutsche Sprachkenntnisse
Gesamtunternehmerische Orientierung und die Fähigkeit auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren

Your mission

You take responsibility for and manage the commercial functions - accounting, controlling, taxes, financing)
You are a sparring partner for management on all strategic issues
The transfer of the "start-up" structures into a stable, productive and resilient "finance organization" and the continuous adaptation of processes to the company are among your first challenges
Developing controlling into a proactive management tool to tap into sales and earnings potential and manage the company based on key figures
Responsibility for monthly and annual financial statements and further development of existing management and investor reporting
Liquidity management and development of new sources of financing as well as coordination of financing rounds

Your profile

You are a finance professional with a track record in fast-growing and fast-paced business models with at least 5-10 years of relevant professional experience (including at least 3-5 years in commercial management)
Sound business education, ideally having spent the first years of your career in an auditing company
Ideally, you have experience with digital and subscription-based business models
You have a solid background in the main financial disciplines Accounting, controlling, cash flow management, taxes, financing, reporting
Experience in setting up new structures and processes and "making finance scalable"
Strong implementation-oriented leader with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build, develop and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
Strong pragmatic "hands-on" mentality
Very good Excel skills
Very good English and German language skills
Overall entrepreneurial orientation and the ability to communicate at eye level
