Your mission
As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and boost conversions across various channels. You are functionally part of the Growth Team, an interdisciplinary group consisting of Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and other experts. The goal of the segmented Growth Teams is to drive company growth through data-driven work and close collaboration with other departments. However, you work closely with the Marketing Team to achieve measurable results and meet brand objectives.
- Development and execution of digital campaigns: Planning and executing creative, targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive conversions, and support customer acquisition and retention.
- Market Research & Analysis:
Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities and make strategic adjustments. - Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track campaign performance using web analytics tools, creating regular reports on key performance indicators such as traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement. - Content Development:
Collaborate with content teams to create compelling, on-brand content tailored for digital channels. - Alignment with the Growth Team:
Ensure that marketing strategies are executed coherently and consistently across all platforms.
